Shipping Rates
Products are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We normally process orders within 24–48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All delivery days referenced in the postal charts are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays.United States

Applies to all US orders regardless of order value.
International
Canada: $27.00
All Others: $35.00
Note: International orders ship in either a Small Priority Flat Rate box (up to 3–4 items) or a Flat Rate Envelope with a slightly larger box (about 5–6 items).
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase. However, we can only accept returns on unopened products with seal intact. If you are not satisfied, return the product within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund of the sale price. Please contact us personally first before returning any product(s) — we can give you proper instructions then.
Shortages or wrong item(s): Please report shortages or wrong items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Even though we are a small, family-run business, sometimes we goof up an order just like the big companies.
Damages: Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed. We have an excellent record of successful shipments, but sometimes the postal service abuses a package as it moves through their systems.
Pricing: Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, special handling, duties or taxes.
